At first I was a bit skeptical as I am used to a much bulkier pad because of how heavy my flow is. The first night, I woke up at 5AM as I was scared it was mostly saturated. Once I got up for the morning I noticed I wasn’t flowing as hard as I normally would do for that day, which was day 3 my heaviest day.
I believe there is something in the pad that slows down your flow. By the end of the day I had to switch to a smaller pad I wasn’t even filling up half the pad. I’m on day 4 and I’m barely flowing.
I’ve been using organic cotton pads for the last 10 years. None made my flow slow down. I’m heavy for 2 full days, days 2-3, with peace pads I was only heavy 1 day.
I felt safe, light and clean wearing these pads. Peace pads did a great job in the feminine hygiene industry. I want to wear them for the remainder of my cycles.
